Bramblewood is a very welcoming comfortable cottage which, with three bedrooms, a bathroom plus cloakroom and a dishwasher (!) is an ideal holiday base for up to six people (adults groups or a family with children) plus a toddler. It's a single-storey detached cottage, having a large garden, from the rear of which you can glimpse the sea. Ideal for asthma and allergy sufferers, it is non-smoking and does not accept pets. New for 2008! We have just upgraded more facilities at Bramblewood, including: New flooring installed throughout the cottage: now laminate to suit those with dust allergies New recessed lighting in the sitting room New hardwood garden furniture to enjoy meals outside. In the cottage you will find:

3 bedrooms:- 2 doubles and a large twin room with a cot.
A large open plan lounge/dining area with TV (with digital stations), DVD player, Video, and CD/radio/tape mini hi-fi.
Adjoining fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, microwave etc.
Bathroom with full suite, including bath and electric shower
Additional Cloakroom with a second shaver point
A selection of videos, audio tapes, CD's, games and masses of books for both adults and children
A full sized cot or travel cot if preferred, highchair and bedguard
Large landscaped gardens with a BBQ in the secluded side garden, and plenty of garden furniture.

We frequently use the cottage ourselves, and have tried to provide extra touches that ensure you'll have a great holiday. The top left photo on this page is the view from Bramblewood's front terrace, looking down towards the central area of Trevalgas, and shows the proximity of the parking.

All of Bude's sandy beaches are clean, safe and patrolled by lifeguards in summer. Choose a different beach each day, (Sandymouth, Northcott Mouth, Summerleaze, Crooklets and Widemouth) and enjoy walking, surfing, body boarding, investigating the rock pools, or building sandcastles. Afterwards return for a swim in the heated pool, or enjoy a barbeque and relax in Bramblewood's secluded and tranquil garden.
