Note to make a booking you will need to:

a) Contact the individual cottage owner (see details below) 
b) Download a booking form (Its a 2-page pdf with booking conditions and a tear off booking form). Click here to download. (Or ring the owner to request one is posted to you)

Three easy steps:
Step 1: Use our availability calendar to check that the cottage you require is available for the dates you have in mind. You'll also see the price payable for that week. Please note that Hazel and Chestnut bookings start one day earlier than shown on the calendar for 2009, on Fridays.  In 2010 Chestnut will switch to a Saturday changeover, while Hazel will remain a Friday changeover.
Step 2: Contact the owner by telephone or e-mail, who can then confirm a provisional reservation while the paperwork is being completed.
Step 3. Complete the booking form and send it with a 25% deposit cheque. You will then get a letter confirming your booking.  The balance of the rental is payable 28 days before the start of your booking.
