The cottages are situated in the small village of Poughill (pronounced 'Poffle') which has a pub within walking distance.
The gardens have been developed over the years and in summer there is a riot of colour from beds, tubs and urns.

Cornwall is the 9th largest county in England (based on square kilometres) but only
30th when based on population - so there is a lot
of open space to be enjoyed. We
have a long coastline too
- and nowhere in Cornwall is more than 16 miles from the
sea.
North Cornwall is particularly special; sandy beaches,
rolling countryside, rugged
cliffs, clean air and clear
skies - peaceful and quiet, but not isolated.
If you been to Cornwall before but not visited
this area, maybe it’s worth considering?
