Escape  to  tranquillity - Peaceful, self-catering cottages, with heated indoor pool

Cornwall is the 9th largest county in England (based on square kilometres) but only 30th when based on population - so there is a lot of open space to be enjoyed. We have the longest coastline in England - and nowhere in Cornwall is more than 16 miles from the sea. North Cornwall is particularly special; sandy beaches, rolling countryside, rugged cliffs, clean air and clear skies - peaceful and quiet, but not isolated.

If you’ve been to Cornwall before but not visited this area, then you’ve been missing out! We are the easiest part of Cornwall to get to, where the roads are quiet, the beaches are superb, the locals are friendly, and the scenery is stunning. Whether for a main holiday or a short break, what more could you want?

Welcome to Trevalgas Cottages, Bude, North Cornwall

Because …

It’s the place to really enjoy a Cornwall holiday in a ‘home-from-home’ environment where great attention has been paid to detail - coupled with the freedom and independence that self-catering brings.

Altogether there are 14 cottages in the small complex near the village of Poughill (pronounced 'Poffle'), just outside Bude.  There is a pub in the village within walking distance and we’ve teamed up with two local food suppliers where you can order an initial supply of groceries and ready-to-eat meals. See our Food Page for details.
